HR: Reports Summary
The Human Resources Reports menu may be accessed from the Human Resources Menu.
Benefit Categories - The Benefits Category report is used to verify the Benefit Categories set up in the system and the Benefit Types associated with each Benefit Category.
Benefit Hours - The Benefit Hours report is used to print a listing of transactions included in the Hours Details section of the Benefits by Employee screen. This report shows benefit hours accrued and/or used for each Employee based on the selected criteria. There is also an option to Show Estimated Dollars that computes the dollar amount owed, related to these benefit hours.
The report includes a recap section which displays a summary of the Benefit records, including Beginning Balance, Hours Accrued, Hours Used, Hours Lost, Cash Outs, Adjustments, and Ending Balance.
Benefit Insurance/Other - Use the Benefit Insurance/Other report to print a listing of the details within the Insurance/Other Details section of the Benefits by Employee screen based on the selected criteria. There is also an option to print only those details that have been flagged as Action Pending, which indicates that a decision needs to be made regarding the benefit for the employee.
Benefit Insurance/Other Analysis - The Benefit Insurance/Other Analysis report is used to print three different types of analysis reports.
- The Other Deduction report compares Employee Cost information from the Benefits By Employee screen with the Employee Master File Other Compensation and Other Deductions screen.
- The Vendor Billing report prints a report showing the Employer premiums per vendor. This will assist you in reconciling the monthly billings.
- The Cost report allows you to review the Employee Cost information from the Benefits By Employee screen and can help identify those employees who may soon be reaching an age where their insurance premiums will change.
Benefit Master - The Benefit Master report lists all benefits set up in the system for the selected criteria. You can choose to run this either an Hours Accrual or Insurance/Other report. You can also select whether to include Active, Inactive, or both Active and Inactive benefits on this report.
Compliance Codes - Use the Compliance Codes report to print information associated with Compliance Codes and Classification Codes. You may limit the information on this report by using the Pick From Lists on Classification Codes, Compliance Codes and Performed By option groups.
Compliance Status - Use the Compliance Status report to print compliance status information. The Compliance Status Report looks at all Compliance Codes (including License/Expiration Codes) and can calculate what is due based on the Employee's Classification , Employee Type, Primary Job, and where they are actively working.
The Human Resources Diary Report prints entries that have been created in the Employee Diary, Other Compensations Diary, or the Other Deductions Diary.
The Disability Accommodations Report showing tracked accommodations made for employees with disabilities uses information recorded in the Employee Master File OFCCP tab Accommodations Diary.

EEO/Vets Report - Use the EEO/Vets report to generate WinTeam reports with the necessary information in order to complete the official government EE01 Report, Vets 4212 Report, or EO Survey. These reports are not intended to be filed as official forms; they are only intended to provide you with the necessary data to complete the official forms. The EO Survey can be used to prepare for an Affirmative Action (AAP) audit.
Eligibility Status - The Eligibility Status report prints a list of the Eligibility Details records that exist in the Hourly Eligibility Status screen. Eligibility Details records are only created for Hours Accrual benefits, and do not apply to Insurance/Other benefits. Once an employee is eligible for an Hours Accrual benefit, the system considers the employee for future accruals as long as the employee has met all other eligibility requirements.
Employee Absence Report - Use the Employee Absence report to preview or print all absences recorded in the Absence Tracker screen of the Employee Master File for the selected criteria. You may also print a report that lists those employees who have no absences for a given time period.
Employee Equipment Agreement - The Employee Equipment Agreement report prints an agreement that can be signed by an employee stating the equipment currently assigned to him/her. If it is customary for your company to have an employee sign an agreement when issuing equipment, you will want to use this report. A Message can be set up to print on the report that states your company’s terms of equipment issue.
Employee Master Report - The Employee Master report is used to view or print employee information based upon the selection criteria entered. Pay information may be included depending upon the security level of the User who is currently logged on. You may also create a New Hire report that lists employees hired within a specific date range. You can choose to print a Summary Report to include only Employee Number, Employee Name, Address, Phone Number(s), Supervisor, and e-mail information on the report. This report also has Mail Merge functionality in order to export specific fields for creating mailing labels.
Employee Termination and Turnover Report
The Employee Termination report lists all terminations that have occurred at each service location for the criteria and time period specified. Statistical information is included on this report including a turnover factor to help analyze and measure the turnover. This factor is calculated based on the number of employees terminated and the budgeted hours for the location.
The Employee Turnover Report gives a turnover Ratio based on Active Employees verses Terminated Employees allowing you to view trends for high turnover.

Equipment Escrow - The Equipment Escrow report shows all of the deduction and refund activity by employee for all other compensation codes and other deduction codes that are set up to be included in the Equipment Tracker Escrow. The total Escrow amounts are computed by subtracting the escrow refunds from the escrow deductions. This total escrow amount is the amount still being held by your company for equipment that has been issued to the employee.
Equipment Tracker Activity - The Equipment Tracker Activity report shows all Equipment Tracker activity either by employee or by job for the selected criteria. A summary report is also available if you wish to print a summary line for each item of equipment.
License/Expiration - The License/Expiration Report shows the information from the License/Expiration tab on the Compliance Tracking By Employee screen.
