TeamTime: Call Review Report
Overview
The TeamTime Call Review Report is opened from the TeamTime Reports menu. The Call Review Report tracks all call activity received or sent through TeleTeam. It is useful when WinTeam users need access to TeamTime data, while also restricting access through the use of Security Groups. TeamTime logs and tracks information on each call into TeleTeam. Each log entry contains Employee Data, Job Data, Start and End time of the call, Caller ID information, and the actions the employee took during the call. If the punch action was completed using the Lighthouse Mobile app, the Caller ID field returns a value of API.
Additionally, if the call was a multi-session call (multiple employees checked in or out during the same phone call by pressing the Asterisk (*) key, each call will be logged with the same Start and End Times and the first call in the series will show how many sessions happened during this call.
Calls into TeamTime with a missing or invalid Employee Number display as a 0 to indicate an employee attempted to call in at a certain time with a certain Caller ID.
Note: The Start and End Times are based on the job's time zone. However, if the employee's clock-in or clock-out cannot determine the job, then the server time zone is used.
