The Diary screen can be accessed from the toolbar in master file screens. The Diary screen is available for all master file screens that have been converted to WinTeam 5.x.

- INV: Item Diary
- JOB: Diary
- PAY: Employee Diary

The Diary enables you to keep notes concerning issues or to track using Follow Up Dates. You can use it to record any interaction you want to remember—such as a phone conversation or a handwritten letter you mailed or received. The records are sorted by Entry Date.
A Diary Report can be run for the following Diaries: AP, AR, FA, INV, HR (Employees, Compensations, and Deductions), JOB, and WS. Each Diary report option screen is the same with the exception of the Category/Records container. The Category/Records are specific to each Diary. The HR Diaries have special security, so be sure to review those specific topics. Each Diary Report can be accessed from the modules reports menu.
In order for a user to run the Diary Reports, a user must belong to the SYS ALL Security Group or you will need to create a custom security group adding the applicable Report Diary screens.
Each Diary has its own security group with the Insert Only and Read-Only features available.
