PAY: Employee Diary
Overview
The Diary screen can be accessed from the toolbar in the Employee Master File screen. The Diary enables you to keep notes concerning issues or to track using Follow Up Dates. You can use it to record any interaction you want to remember—such as a phone conversation or a handwritten letter you mailed or received. The records are sorted by Entry Date. You can run an Employee Diary Report from the Employee Diary Report can be accessed from the HR Reports menu.

The Employee Diary has the following fields available:
Type
Select a Employee Diary Type from the list for this entry or double-click in the Type field to display the Employee Diary Types add/edit list.

The PAY Employees Diary screen has its own Security Group, PAY: Employees Diary with the Insert Only and Read-Only features available.
