Supervisor
Overview
The Supervisor window is accessed from the:
- Employee Master File General tab by double-clicking in the Supervisor field
- Job Master File General tab by double-clicking in the Supervisor field
- WS: Billable Ticket Review by double-clicking in the Ticket Supervisor field
- WS: Schedules screen General tab by double-clicking in the Ticket Supervisor field
Use the enhanced Supervisor Add/Edit list to review and manage information related to Employee, Job, Route, Schedule and Ticket Supervisors. eHub Ticket Supervisors can see their Work Schedules and print Work Tickets. Job Supervisors can see all Work Schedules to which their Jobs are assigned. Adding an Employee to the Details grid allows a 2nd person to view or manage another Supervisor's Jobs (and Employees) in eHub. Peer Supervisors will NOT have access to each others confidential information - such as paychecks, pay rate, W2s, and benefits. This is useful when the Supervisor goes on vacation, and another person is managing those employees in eHub.

Key Functionality
WinTeam automatically assigns an ID to each new record, and uses the ID field to identify each record. You may change system-assigned ID Numbers.
Use this field to enter a unique name for the record. After a new record is created, WinTeam displays this Description with the corresponding ID number in the Add/Edit list.
Use the Contact field to enter or lookup the Contact record for the selected Supervisor.
Use to enter or lookup the Employee Number of the selected Supervisor.
Displays the Employee Name of the associated Employee Number.
Use the Supervisor Details area to designate a specific employee as a Supervisor with Supervisory rights for TeleTeam. This can be the selected Supervisor or an employee who you want to assign supervisory rights for TeleTeam.
Adding an employee to the Supervisor Details grid enables that employee additional special option capabilities.
Adding an Employee to the Details grid allows a second person to view or manage another Supervisor's Jobs (and Employees) in eHub. Peer Supervisors will NOT have access to each others' confidential information - such as paychecks, pay rate, W2s, and benefits. This is useful when the Supervisor goes on vacation, and another person is managing those employees in eHub.
Under certain circumstances, more than one employee may be entered in the Supervisor Detail grid for a given Supervisor. This occurs when a Job site has multiple supervisors.
For clients using the TeamTime SIP version, supervisors listed in this grid will have access to the TeamTime Special Options.
Employee #
Use the Employee # field to view or select the Employee # of the supervisor or an employee who you want to assign supervisory rights for TeamTime.
Type the Employee # in this field, or use the Lookup to locate the employee record.

Employee Name
View the name of the employee associated with the selected Employee # in the Emp Name field.
PIN
Use the PIN field to enter a numeric PIN (Personal Identification Number) for this TeleTeam Supervisor. If you do not assign a PIN here and a PIN does not exist on the Classification screen, the system will not require a PIN.
For clients using TeamTime SIP, if supervisors have a PIN entered, they will have access to verification recordings and global greetings.
Note: Employees that work at multiple Jobs must have the same PIN assigned to all Jobs, because the system validates the first PIN number it finds for the employee. If you do not assign like PINs, the PIN may not match, making the employee unable to log into special options.
Send TT SMS
This checkbox is used for sending SMS messages for TeamTime Action Items when Job Supervisor is selected in the Tier field of the Action Item Setup window. See WinTeam – SMS for TeamTime Action Items for details.
Pager ID
Use the Pager ID field to select the Pager Description for this employee.
Type or select the Pager ID.
To add a new Pager ID, double-click in the Pager ID field, or type a new Pager ID and press Enter. The Setup Pagers add/edit list displays.
In order to access the Supervisor screen, you must have access to the following screens.
- PAY Supervisors
- SYS Add Edit List All
- PAY Employee Master File or JB Job Master File
If you have access to the SYS All Security Group, this includes all of the above listed options.
