Reports Summary
- Cash Requirements - The Cash Requirements Report is used to verify open invoices and determine dollars needed for payment. You may also use the Grand Total amount on this report to balance with the with the AP, Trade Account in the General Ledger.
- Check Register - The Check Register Report is used to print the Accounts Payable Check Register.
- Diary Report - The Diary Report prints entries that have been created in the Vendor Diary.
- Purchase Order - The Purchase Order Report prints a report of purchase orders with a status of either Open, Approved, Ordered, Not Approved, or Closed/Not Shipped. The report may be printed by date range or number range. The report may be run for all vendors or a selected number.
- NACHA Bank Transmission - The AP NACHA Bank Transmission is used to create a transmission file to allow direct deposit of accounts payable checks.
- Use Tax Due - The Use Tax Due Report prints a detailed report by Use Tax Code showing all purchase amounts which should have been taxed for the invoice date range specified. These taxable purchases were indicated when invoices were entered. This is helpful when preparing your monthly or quarterly Sales and Use Tax returns.
- Vendor 1099 - The Vendor 1099 Report may be used to print Laser 1099 forms, 1099 Summary Report or a Magnetic Media Format report for each vendor set up in the Vendor Master File as being 1099 reportable. Only those invoices or payments marked as 1099 reportable will be included.
Example: 1099 MISC forms are available for only US Vendors. WinTeam does not support the Form 1042-S.
With regard to Forms 1097, 1098, 1099, 3921, 3922, 5498, W-2G, and W-2: Forms 1099-MISC are generally issued only if the payee has a U.S. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), either an EIN or SSN. You may need to issue the foreign vender a Form 1042-S. Please contact 267-941-1000 (not a toll-free number) for questions regarding the reporting and withholding issues related to U.S. based income paid to a non-U.S. citizen.
- Vendor Activity - The Vendor Activity Report is used to print invoice information, payment status, and payment information for one or more vendors.
- Vendor Aging Analysis - The Vendor Aging Analysis Report prints a total of invoices currently outstanding for each vendor. Based on the date ranges entered, the system includes each open invoice in the appropriate column.
- Vendor Master - The Vendor Master Report gives a listing of basic vendor information. It lists the Vendor Number, Name and Address, Attention and Account Contact names, Phone numbers, Vendor Type, Active Status, 1099 information, Terms, and Discounts. This report has Mail Merge functionality in order to export specific fields for creating mailing labels.
