Lookup Schedules
Overview
The QL Access screen can be accessed from the following screens:
The QL Use screen enables you to filter for specific records.
You can filter the records based on Job Number, Job Name, Project Name, Frequency, Customer, Ticket Number, Schedule Date From and To, Active Only, Complaints Only, Company, Section, Task, Route, Crew, and Sales Rep.
- Press ALT + S to Search
- Press ALT + A to Select All (only available on screens that allow more than one selection)
- Press ALT + L to Select
- Press ALT + C to Cancel

Key Functionality
Filter Criteria
You can filter the records based on Job Number, Job Name, Project Name, Frequency, Customer, Ticket Number, Schedule Date From and To, Active Only, Complaints Only, Company, Section, Task, Route, Crew, and Sales Rep.
Ticket Number
When you do a Lookup on a particular Ticket #, the lookup will only display results for that one ticket number and not other tickets that may start with the same number you entered. It must be an exact match.
Use the Field Chooser to select the columns you wish to be displayed in the grid.

Job Number
Use the Job Number field to filter Schedules by Job Number. Enter the Job Number, or use the Lookup to locate the Job Number.
Active Only
Use the Active Only check box to include only Active schedules.
Complaints
Use the Complaints check box to include only schedules marked as Complaints.
Company
Use the Company list to select schedules for a specific Company.
Job Name
Use the Job Name field to lookup schedules by Job Name.
Once you click Search the records list in Job Name and Date To Start order.
Frequency
Use the Frequency list to lookup schedules by Frequency.
Once you click Search the records list in Frequency order.
Ticket Number
Use the Ticket Number field to locate schedules by Ticket Number.
Schedule Date From
Use the Schedule Date From field to locate schedules by Date To Start field.
Section
Use the Section field to locate schedules by Section.
Task
Use the Task list to locate schedules by Task Name.
Route
Use the Route list to locate schedules by Route Name.
Schedule Date To
Use the Schedule Date From field to locate schedules by Date To End field.
Click the Select All button (or press ALT + A) to select all records to include in the recordset.
Click the Select button or press Alt+ L to view the selected record. This is the default selection.
Click the Cancel button (or press ALT + C) to close the Lookup without selecting records.
