Other Compensation and Other Deduction Details
Overview
Details for the selected compensation or deduction include all the pay dates within the entered Date Range that Other Compensations or Other Deductions were paid. This list includes those checks that you have created, but not printed. You may modify the Date Range to view detail records. The Total at the bottom of the screen includes only those records that fall within the Date Range entered.
The Other Compensation detail window and the Other Deduction detail window can be accessed by clicking the PAY: Employee Master File Other Comps/Deducts window or the PAY: Review Checks window.

Enter the From and To dates, or use the Date Control to select the dates.
This field is visible only for Clients using the Multi-Company feature.
Select the Paycheck Company to filter the records by the employee's Company at the time the paycheck was created.
Leave the Paycheck Company field blank to display all records regardless of the company the check belonged to.
View the issue date of the paycheck corresponding to this record in the Pay Date field.
View the check number of the paycheck corresponding to this record in the Check # field. If the field is blank, the item has been paid, but the check has not been printed. The check number displays after you print the check.
This column is visible only for Clients using the Multi-Company feature.
Displays the Company Number that the check belongs to.
View the compensation or deduction amount for this record in the Compensation or Deduction Amount field.
Displays the amount the employer is paying on the deduction. This amount displays when the Other Deduction Code is setup with an Employer Contribution.
View the total Compensation Amount or Deduction Amount for the selected employee, Other Compensation/Deduction Code, and Date Range.
Multi-Company feature: The records and totals on this screen are only for the Company selected (if one was specifically selected). If the Paycheck Company field is blank, the count and totals reflect all records relative to the history line you drilled on.
