Overview
TeamTime Portal integrates the functionality of TeamTime into a time clock device that has biometric authentication abilities such as facial and fingerprint biometrics. The TeamTime Portal offers a quick way to capture Employee timekeeping information and features communication capabilities as well as integrated eHub access. This software can be used on a variety of devices from Net books and laptops to other portable computing devices with a Windows operating system and an Internet connection.
Key Functionality
Timekeeping
Much like a biometric time clock, TeamTime Portal devices allow an Employee to scan a fingerprint or face image in order to be identified and check in to or out of Jobs, perform periodic checks or take meal breaks. TeamTime software captures the time and stores it for review and payroll processing.
Multi-Language Support
TeamTime Portal now has multiple language functionality, so you can complete punch actions in their native languages. Spanish and Canadian French are included in the release; however, using WinTeam tools, you can add any language of your choice, customize existing languages, or select which language to show on each device. Because the device always is connected to the Internet, your company can allow Employees to log in to the integrated eHub employee self-service portal to view schedules, pay stub information and much more.
