AI: Action Items Menu

Overview

You can leverage the Action Items communications solution across your suite of TEAM Products to capture, escalate, track and audit previously untraceable email/phone/text messages or in-person conversations, both in and from the field. The goal of Action Items is to retain the simplicity of texting or e-mailing, while enabling tracking, escalation and auditing of these notifications and requests to provide better insight into how and when these items are being handled.

When an Employee, Supervisor or Customer submits an Action Item Request, or TeamTime automatically submits an Alert, the Action Items communications solution captures the information and automatically initiates a notification and escalation process.

The solution also captures all responses to submitted Requests and Alerts, and generates new notifications to the appropriate participants in the process. A recipient of a Request or Alert may respond to/change the status of the item through WinTeam, eHub Web, eHub Mobile, email and/or text message.

The Action Items communications solution captures every communication in the process, from initial Request/Alert through escalation and completion, for dynamic auditing that ensures effective operations and workforce management.
