AI: About TeamTime Alerts

Overview

You can utilize the Action Items communication solution to manage, notify and escalate TeamTime Alerts.

As opposed to customizable Types for Action Items Requests, TeamTime Alert Types are hard-coded within Action Items. Editing or adding TeamTime Alert Types is not possible. System-defined types include Caller ID Mismatch, GPS Mismatch, Messaging, No Check-In, No Coverage, Periodic Check and Voice Verification.

Although Default Templates are set up for each of these alerts, you must set up notification statuses that define a start and end, instructions for escalating the alerts, and the recipients of the notifications. For more information, please review Setting Up Request and Alert Templates.
