WS: Task Codes Report
Overview
You can use the Task Codes Report to print information from the Task Codes screen. These tasks are used in Work Scheduling when setting up tasks to be performed at predetermined times, and in TeamBid’s Work Loading screen. A flag within the Task Code record allows you to set up Tasks to be Used by TeamBid. This filters the Task list when using the Work Loading program.
The Task Codes Report may be accessed from the WS Reports menu.
Key Functionality
The WS Report Task Codes screen has its own Security Group: WS Report Task Codes.
The WS Report Task Codes screen is part of the TB Reports and Reports Security Groups.

Type a description to name the report. This description prints above the Report Title.
Available for Clients using the Multi-Company feature. The Default Company Name for Report is populated from the Company Setup screen. The list contains all companies you have permission to access.
- If the User has permission to only one company, then just that one company will display in the list.
- If the User has permissions to more than one company, the list will contain all companies the User has rights to PLUS the default reporting company.
When the Group By Company option is selected, the default company prints on the Grand Total Page and the Report Criteria page. All other pages print the applicable company name. When the Group By Company option is NOT selected, the default company prints on every page of the report.

You can choose to group the report data by Task Name, Task Type, Category, Position, Frequency Type, or None. The default selection is Task Type.
Using the Group By option provides page breaks when printing the report.
Select to sort the report by Task Number or Task Code Name.
Frequency Type
Use the Frequency Type category to select the Frequency Type(s) to include on the report.
Select All to include all Frequency Types.
Select Pick to define specific Frequency Types for the report. When you select Pick, the Frequency Types list displays. Select the check box next to each Frequency Type to include on the report.
Tasks
Use the Tasks category to select the Tasks to include on the report.
Select All to include all Tasks.
Select Range to define a range of Tasks for the report. Type the beginning Task Code Number in the From field and the ending Task Code Number in the To field.
Select Pick to define specific Tasks for the report. When you select Pick, the Task list displays. Select the check box next to each Task to include on the report.
Select Create to define your own list of Tasks. When you select Create, a small grid displays to the right. Enter the Task Numbers you want to include in the list, or use the Lookup to locate the Tasks.
Select Exclude to identify records that should not be included. When you select Exclude, a small grid displays to the right. Enter the Task Numbers you want to exclude in the list, or use the Lookup to locate the Task Numbers.
Task Types
Use the Task Types category to select the Task Type(s) to include on the report.
Select All to include all Task Types.
Select Pick to define specific Task Types for the report. When you select Pick, the Task Types list displays. Select the check box next to each Task Type to include on the report.
Category
Use the Category category to select the Category(ies) to include on the report.
Select All to include all Categories.
Select Pick to define specific Category(ies) for the report. When you select Pick, the Category list displays. Select the check box next to each Category to include on the report.
Position
Use the Position category to select the Position(s) to include on the report.
Select All to include all Positions.
Select Pick to define specific Positions for the report. When you select Pick, the Position list displays. Select the check box next to each Position to include on the report.
Select the Include Only ISSA Taskscheck box to include only ISSA Tasks on the report.
Select the Include Only TeamBid Tasks to print just Tasks that are marked as TeamBid only on the report.
Select the Include PEM Info check box to include Product, Equipment, and Material on the report.
Select the Include Task Descriptions to include Task Descriptions on the report. This check box is selected by default.
Select this check box to print the company logo on the report. It is selected or cleared by default based on the option selected in SYS:Defaults. However, you can modify the setting on each report.
Select this check box to include a list of the report options selected for the report. The Report Criteria page includes any ranges specified and each Category/Record selection made for the report. This check box is cleared selected by default.
Preview
Click the Preview button (or use the shortcut key, ALT + V) to view the report before printing.
Click the Print button (or press ALT + P) to send the report to your default printer.
Export
Click the Export button (or press ALT + X) to export the report to a specified format. Reports may be exported to Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Excel, Comma-Separated Values (CSV), Grid View and E-mail (available for premise-based clients only).
