Overview
The TeamTime Exception Review window is used to view Caller ID mismatches, Rejections from TeamTime clock in's and clock out's, and Voice Verification failures. This window can be accessed from the TeamTime Menu, (Go To menu), and Post Watch (Go To menu).
Key Functionality
When the Exception Review is opened from the menu, filtering is based on the Export to TeamTime flag in the Job Master File, and not the Post Watch Job flag from TeamTime Job Attributes.
When TT Exception Review is opened from Post Watch the TeamTime Job Number Lookup is filtered to only allow Post Watch Jobs (This is based on the 'Post Watch Job') flag on TT Job Attributes.
The TeamTime Job Lookup filters for exception records for any valid TeamTime Job (marked as Export to TeamTime).
The Scheduled Job Lookup filters for exception records if it is a valid TeamTime Job and it is a "PS Job".
Example:
If you entered Job 10011 in the TeamTime Job field, it would accept that Job Number (because it is a valid TeamTime Job).
If you enter 10011 in the Scheduled Job Number, it would return “Record does not exist” because that Job is not a PS Job. If you have a scheduled Job i.e., 10532, it will be considered a valid Job in both fields because it is a PS Job and it is a valid TeamTime Job.

Call Date and Time (Server Time Zone)
The From and To Dates default to the current week.
Times cannot be entered unless there is a date in the From and To fields.
TeamTime Exception Types
There are 25 different exception types. Examples, are caller ID mismatches, rejections from TeamTime clock in's/out's, and Voice Verification failures.
For exception types caused by GPS, the Job Location and Punch Location is displayed in Google Maps by clicking the button (at the bottom of the window).
To see the GPS reporting information you need to have Allow Mobile TeamTime for this Job, Capture Device Location and Reject if Location is outside perimeter check boxes selected in the TeamTime Job Attributes window for the appropriate jobs.
Security
The TT Exception Review screen has its own Security Group, TT Exceptions.
The TT Exception Review screen is part of the PS ALL and TT ALL Security Groups.
