SYS: Action Item

Overview

You can use the SYS: Action Item screen to create an Action Item Request, look up an existing Action Item Request or TeamTime Alert, change the Status of an Action Item, Post Comments on an Action Item, review Action Item Change History, and the Participants in an Action Item.

The system captures all TeamTime Alerts and Requests, plus any related Action Item communications, whether sent via WinTeam, eHub Web, eHub Mobile, email or text message. The Recipient History tab shows the Date/Time the Action Item was sent, who sent it and to whom, and any related Comments. An Action Item that has been saved displays Recipient History and Status Change History.

Key Functionality

If you are on an existing record, you can change the Type and the Status, and edit the Description. The Statuses that display are based on Action Item Template settings for the Job.

The Change History tab tracks all changes to the Status of an item. The change record includes the Dates and Times of changes, Job Number, Type, Statuses and Descriptions.

The grid displays the recipients and the change history. You can also post a reply to a specific Action Item.

Note:  If an individual Action Item is closed, you are no longer able to make changes.
