Changing/Updating the Status of an Action Item
You can change/update the Status of an Action Item using WinTeam, eHub Web and eHub Mobile.
WinTeam provides two ways to change the Status of an Action Item:
- Using the Action Item screen
- Using the Action Item Review screen
Once you change the Status, the item is updated, both recipient history and change history records are made, and the process continues until the item reaches an End Status.
You can change the status of an Action Item using the Status field. The Statuses that display with an item are based on the Action Item Template used to create the Action Item.
You can change the status of an Action Item via the drop-down list in the grid for a specific Action Item. The Statuses that display with each item are based on the Action Item Template used to create the Action Item.
