Key Functionality
WinTeam automatically assigns an ID to each new record, and uses the ID field to identify each record. You may change system-assigned ID Numbers.
Use this field to enter a unique name for the record. After a new record is created, WinTeam displays this Description with the corresponding ID number in the Add/Edit list.
Description must be 50 characters or less. Ex: Yes / No, I Accept / I Decline, or OK only.
Enter the response that should appear on Button 1 of the response popup on the device.
Enter the response that should appear on Button 2 of the response popup on the device. Button 2 is not required for responses.
Example: For example, a general notification, such as a welcome message or holiday greeting, may only need an OK only response available. For Button 1 enter OK, and leave Button 2 blank.
Some messages may require a yes or no response, such as a survey-type question or message that requires an agreement. For Button 1 enter Yes and for Button 2 enter No.
Select this check box to make the selected record active. Clear the check box to make the record inactive.
Select this check box to make the selected record the default value for this Add/Edit list. WinTeam uses this record to automatically fill in the corresponding field on a new record in the related screen.
