Overview
You can access the Versions \ Buildings Rollover screen by clicking the Rollover button on the Prospect Master File (Versions tab) screen.
Use the Versions \ Buildings Rollover screen to copy Versions and Buildings of bids, and their associated Areas, Tasks and Bidding into the Prospect Master File record that you accessed the Versions \ Buildings Rollover screen from.
Use the Simple tab to create a new version for the selected Prospect. The rollover creates a duplicate of the From Version and then you assign a new Version name.
Use the Advanced tab to rollover from a different Version and Building. Either the Version Description or the Building Name must be unique.
Shortcuts
- Press ALT + S to display the Simple tab
- Press ALT + A to display the Advanced tab
- Press ALT + R to Rollover

Refresh button
Click Refresh to update the screen each time the source criteria has been changed.

Sel
Select the check box next to each Version/Building that you want to rollover.
Version Description
Enter a unique name for the Version.
Building Name
Enter a unique name for the Building.
Rollover button
Click Rollover (or press ALT + R) to copy the selected Versions/Buildings and their associated Areas, Tasks, and Bidding.
