SYS: Action Item Request Type
Overview
An Action Item consists of a Category, a Type, a set of Statuses and Recipients. TEAM sets up some default templates for Action Item Request Types. You can create additional Templates and Types as needed.
The Action Item Request Type add/edit list may be accessed from the Action Item Defaults screen.
Key Functionality
Use this field to enter a unique name for the record. After a new record is created, WinTeam displays this Description with the corresponding ID number in the Add/Edit list.
Select this check box to enable an employee ESS eHub licensed user to submit an Action Item for a specific Type. To prohibit an user from submitting an Action Item for a specific Type, clear the check box.
Select this check box to enable an supervisor ESS eHub licensed user to submit an Action Item for a specific Type. To prohibit an user from submitting an Action Item for a specific Type, clear the check box.
Select this check box to enable a customer CSS eHub licensed user to submit an Action Item for a specific Type. To prohibit an user from submitting an Action Item for a specific Type, clear the check box.
Select this check box to make the selected record active. Clear the check box to make the record inactive.
