QA: Quality Assurance Menu
Overview
The Quality Assurance module is used to create, manage, and report on Checkpoints. Checkpoints can be used to create and respond to questions, act based on responses, and share results.
Create and respond to questions
- Create questions, specify available responses and build a question list or Checkpoint.
- Checkpoints can be applied on a per-Job and/or per-Tier basis, enabling advanced targeting to specific combinations of Jobs.
- WinTeam and eHub users can then select a Job and complete an associated Checkpoint.
- Checkpoints can be used for Inspections, Daily Activity Reports, Surveys, or any other question and response based item.
Act based on responses
- Deficiencies are created when responses fall below a target.
- Work Tickets can be created from these deficiencies, both of which are viewable in eHub ESS.
- Deficiency Review allows a WinTeam or eHub user to manage by exception.
Share results
- Independently publish Checkpoint Results to ESS/CSS, automatically or manually.
- Advanced reporting with graphs and an On Screen Checkpoint Review (think On Screen Job Cost) present results in a relevant and useful interface.
Additional screens in eHub will help your customers and employees perform Checkpoints (inspections), check for deficiencies, and view quality objective goals and results. Integration with eHub Mobile allows common functions to be completed in the field. For more information see eHub Checkpoints.
