JOB: Projecting Job Budgets and Recurring Projects
You can select the number of fiscal years to project in the future for Job Budgets and Recurring Projects in Work Scheduling.
- From the Job Costing menu, click Defaults.
- Under the Number Fiscal Years to Project in the Future for Job Budgeting and Recurring Projects in Work Scheduling, select one of these options.
- If you set the option to calculate Only thru the end of this fiscal year, WinTeam creates budgets only through the end of the Current Fiscal Year. (For instance: If your current fiscal year is set up at this time to be 2015, budgets would only calculate up through the last day of your fiscal year for 2015).
- If you set the option to calculate Thru the end of the NEXT fiscal year, budgets are calculated for two full years (current fiscal year plus one). If you will be using this option, make sure that all of your NEXT fiscal year holidays have been set up in the Job Defaults area. For more information see Set Up Holidays for Jobs.
