eHub: Timekeeping Icons

Status Icons and Descriptions

Hover your mouse over any of the icons in the Date/Status column of the timekeeping landing page to display a description of the card status. There are statuses for Approved, Denied, Exceptions, Needs Approval, New, Paid, Pending, and Previously Denied.

Approved

This icon appears in the Status column if the record has been approved.

Denied

This icon appears in the Status column to warn that changes to the record have been denied by another user.

Exception

This icon appears in the Date/Status column if the record meets any Exception criteria including Negative Hours, Overlapping Times, Empty In/Out Times or Inactive with Hours.

Locked

This icon appears in the Date/Status column if the record is locked. When a record is locked you cannot edit it. Hover over the lock icon to see screen tip details.

Needs Approval

This yellow icon appears in the Date/Status column if the existing record has pending changes that have not been approved or denied yet, and the user has permissions to approve the timekeeping record.

New

This icon appears in the Date/Status column if the record is entirely new, added by you, your Employee or another Supervisor in the Timekeeping screen. This icon will appear along with the Pending icon.

Paid

This icon appears in the Date/Status column if the record already has been paid and is read-only.

Pending

This blue icon appears in the Date/Status column if the existing record has pending changes that have not been approved or denied yet, and the user does not have the permissions to approve the timekeeping record.

Previously Denied

This icon appears in the Date/Status column to warn that changes to a record have been previously denied by another user.
