Service Provider Setup

Overview

You can use the Service Provider Setup window to enter settings for each service provider that provides paging support for your company.

The Service Provider Setup window is accessed by:

  • Double-clicking in the Emergency Pager field in TeamTime Defaults or
  • Double-clicking in the Supervisor field in the Employee Master File, then double-clicking in the Pager ID field or
  • Double-clicking in the Supervisor field in the Job Master File, then double-clicking in the Pager ID field

Note:  The SMS message character limit is usually set to 140, but it can vary by provider.
