SYS: Action Item Templates By Job

Overview

The Templates by Job screen displays Action Items assigned at the Job Level. Action Item Requests and TeamTime Alerts, their respective Types, and their template statuses (Default, Custom, and Not Assigned), are displayed within the grid. If you click the detail button on the right side of each row in the grid, WinTeam displays the Action Item Template Setup screen and allows you to make changes to the Category and Type for the Job.

You can use the Action Item Job Link to create a unique .html link for the specified Job, which you or your customer can use to create Quick Requests. You can email this link from within WinTeam, copy it to your clipboard for pasting, save as a link to your desktop, or clear the link, which immediately deactivates it.

Note:  Once an Action Item Job Link is cleared, it cannot be reactivated and users or customers that have the deactivated link will not be able to generate Action Items.

From the Email button, the Action Item Job Link popup allows you to input a From, To, and Subject Address, and gives you the option to edit the body of the message. By default, the body of the message populates with stock text.
