Post Watch - Confirm Changes

Overview

When a change to the Schedule is made on the Post Watch screen, the Confirm Changes screen displays. Depending on the action taken, additional fields are required to have an entry.

When a change is implemented from an eHub Mobile user, the Reason and Root Cause will default it ID 999, eHub Mobile.
