WT: Toolbar

Overview

Clicking an icon on the toolbar is the equivalent of choosing a corresponding command from a menu. WinTeam arranges its most frequently used buttons on this toolbar. Not all commands are available on every screen, or all of the time. Commands that are not available on a particular screen are dimmed and are not available for selection. It is important to note that when you move from screen to screen, the system automatically saves the record as long as all required fields have been filled in.

	Close	Closes the current window
	New Record	Goes to new record
	Save Record	Saves changes to data in the current record	CTRL + S
	Print	Prints without displaying the Print Dialog box	CTRL+P
	Cut	Cuts a selection to the Clipboard	CTRL+X
	Copy	Copies a selection to the Clipboard	CTRL+C
	Paste	Pastes the Clipboard contents	CTRL+V
	Undo	Undoes the previous action	CTRL+Z
	Delete	Removes the selected item
	Advanced Filter	Creates or edits a filter for finding and/or sorting specific records. You can also select a Saved filter. For more information see Advanced Filtering.
	Apply Filter/Sort	Applies any filter or sort criteria you have created
	Remove Filter/Sort	Removes a filter or sort, if one is currently applied, and displays the most current records.
	Diary	Used to record any interaction you want to remember—such as a phone conversation or a handwritten letter you mailed or received. For more information see Diaries.
	Rollover	Copies data from a current record and creates a new record. For more information, see Rollover Functionality.

	Home Page	Goes to the WinTeam Home Page
	Menu Map	Displays the WinTeam menu in a graphical format, with workflow
	Help Menu Map	Get Online Help	F1
	eHub	(eHub customers only) Automatically logs in to eHub using the current user's login credentials. If no Employee number is assigned in the User Security screen, the eHub login screen will display.
	Messaging Service	The messaging feature allows WinTeam users to send messages to employees via eHub Mobile, or SMS text messages. For more information, see Messaging Service.
