When you access WinTeam using Citrix you will need to use UniPrint for printing reports and other documents. UniPrint takes a picture of your document and spools it to your printer. By using this technology, you won't have to install additional printer software on your computer.
Before you install UniPrint, you should have already installed a Citrix Client. You must have administrator privileges in order to install UniPrint.
