Creating a Batch for a Job with a Different First Day of Pay Week

While the system allows you to change the First Day of the Pay Week once it has been set if you are not using Personnel Scheduling, it is generally bad practice to do this as it can create a number of issues. Follow these steps carefully and contact TEAM for assistance.

To Create the Batch

  1. Be certain that no one else is going to be making any edits to an existing batch. The person who is making the change should be the one who creates and edits the batch.

    2. Note:  No one else should attempt to edit this batch because the cached First Day of Pay Week will be different for them.

  2. In order to change the cached First Day of Pay Week after making the change, you must close and reopen WinTeam.
  3. Once you are finished running the batch, be sure to reset your First Day of Pay Week back to its original setting.
