AP/PAY: Check Specifications and Dimensions

You can use this information to assist local printers in designing a preprinted check form that may be used with WinTeam Software.

The checks that are produced may be used for Accounts Payable(AP) and Payroll(PR). If the same check stock is not going to be used for both, due to differing Bank Account Numbers, it is recommended that a label be pre-printed on the check for identification.

Check Specifications:

Preprinted check form is not a standard check size

Preprinted check form is 8 ½ x 11 and is 2 parts; Separated by a perforation (top portion is the stub and bottom is the check)
