Voice Verification
Voice Verification is a program that works in conjunction with TeamTime to verify that an employee calling TeamTime is actually the employee they claim to be. This helps to prevent employees from clocking in or out for each other.
This is done by matching the caller's voiceprint to the voiceprint on file for the scheduled employee. When a voiceprint does not match, a page is sent to the supervisor (or others) along with a voicemail of the failed voice match.
TeleTeam and Voice Verify must be running in order for Voice Verification to work properly.
To verify both are running, open the TeamTime Main Menu. Then right-click each icon to be sure the Start item is unavailable. If Start is available, choose it from the menu. Be sure that TeleTeam is running before you start Voice Verify.
To ensure that Voice Verify automatically starts each time the computer is started, choose Options from the View menu. Click Voice Verification in the Auto Start Settings list. Click the Yes button to the right of the list. Then click OK.
When you start Voice Verification, the Voice Verification Manager window displays.
You can hide the Voice Verification Manager window by clicking Hide. To test the connection with TEAM's Voice Verification system, click Test Conn.
