TeleTeam Inquiries

The inquiries feature allows you to listen to call punch action information for jobs and employees for review of the last 24 hours.

To access special options, press the * star key after entering your employee number.

For inquiries by location, press 1

When this option is selected, the caller will be asked to enter a Job Number followed by the # pound sign. This option will give callers an overview of activity associated with that Job over the last 24 hours.

  • For a detailed list, press 1
  • For an exception list, press 2

    This option will indicate whether there were any Caller ID mismatches or other exceptions for the Job over the last 24 hours.

  • For a summary, press 3

    This option will give a brief summary of Employees checked in and out of the Job over the last 24 hours.

  • For the main menu, press the * star key

For inquiries by Employee, press 2

When this option is selected, the caller will be asked to enter an Employee Number followed by the # pound sign. This option will give callers the last status of the Employee entered.

For Voice Messages, press 3

When this option is selected, the caller will be taken to the Voice Messaging System. For details, see the Voice Messaging System topic.

For the main menu, press the * star key

When this option is selected, the caller will be taken back to the main menu.
