TeleTeam Global Greetings

The TeleTeam system allows you to leave a message or greeting for your employees using Global Greetings. Employees will hear this greeting upon calling into the system. Global Greetings are for every TeamTime employee and you can't tie a sub-message to it. Greetings can be recorded in English or Spanish.

Note - To record a Global Greeting in Spanish, call into the TeleTeam System as you normally would, but press the * star key prior to entering your Employee Number. This will change the prompts to Spanish.

To access the Global Greeting menu, the caller must be a Supervisor or an Employee with Special Options enabled in the Employee Classification in WinTeam.

In order to access the Global Greeting menu, the caller must be a Supervisor assigned a PIN in the Supervisor Details.
