Exception Types

Job CID was Setup – No Phone CID

The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call did not have a Caller ID number associated with it i.e., BLOCKED, UNAVAILABLE.

Job CID was Setup – Phone CID Unmatched

The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call had a Caller ID number that did not match any WinTeam Job

Job CID was Setup – Phone CID matched 1 other Job

The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call had a Caller ID number that matched one job other than the one being checked into. If the Caller ID number had matched the Job being checked into and another job, the call would not be rejected.

Example:

Job A was setup with the caller id of 111-222-3333.

Job B was setup with the caller id of 111-222-4444.

Employee called from Job B, but was scheduled for Job A. The system tried to check the employee into Job A, the call will be rejected.

If this Rejection Type was used, and Job A and Job B shared the same caller id number, the call would not be rejected.

Job CID was Setup – Phone CID matched 2+ other Jobs

The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call had a Caller ID number that matched two jobs but not the one being checked into. If the Caller ID number had matched the Job being checked into and two other jobs, the call would not be rejected.

Example:

Job A was setup with the caller id of 111 222-3333.

Job B was setup with the caller id of 111 222-4444.

Job C was setup with the caller id of 111 222-4444.

Employee called from Job B, but was scheduled for Job A. The system tried to check the employee into Job A, the call will be rejected.
