Caller ID Rejection Types
Note: New instances/applications of TTP are not currently being supported.
Overview
The Caller ID (CID) Rejection Types add/edit list can be accessed from the TeamTime Job Attributes screen by double-clicking in the Caller ID Rejection Type field.
Use the CID Rejection Types add/edit list to group related rejection types for Post Watch and Absenteeism.

Key Functionality
WinTeam automatically assigns an ID to each new record, and uses the ID field to identify each record. You may change system-assigned ID Numbers.
Use this field to enter a unique name for the record. After a new record is created, WinTeam displays this Description with the corresponding ID number in the Add/Edit list.
Select this check box to make the selected record active. Clear the check box to make the record inactive.
Select this check box to make the selected record the default value for this Add/Edit list. WinTeam uses this record to automatically fill in the corresponding field on a new record in the related screen.
Exception Types
Job CID was Setup – No Phone CID
The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call did not have a Caller ID number associated with it i.e., BLOCKED, UNAVAILABLE.
Job CID was Setup – Phone CID Unmatched
The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call had a Caller ID number that did not match any WinTeam Job
Job CID was Setup – Phone CID matched 1 other Job
The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call had a Caller ID number that matched one job other than the one being checked into. If the Caller ID number had matched the Job being checked into and another job, the call would not be rejected.
Job A was setup with the caller id of 111-222-3333.
Job B was setup with the caller id of 111-222-4444.
Employee called from Job B, but was scheduled for Job A. The system tried to check the employee into Job A, the call will be rejected.
If this Rejection Type was used, and Job A and Job B shared the same caller id number, the call would not be rejected.
Job CID was Setup – Phone CID matched 2+ other Jobs
The Job being checked into had a Caller ID number configured, but the call had a Caller ID number that matched two jobs but not the one being checked into. If the Caller ID number had matched the Job being checked into and two other jobs, the call would not be rejected.
Job A was setup with the caller id of 111 222-3333.
Job B was setup with the caller id of 111 222-4444.
Job C was setup with the caller id of 111 222-4444.
Employee called from Job B, but was scheduled for Job A. The system tried to check the employee into Job A, the call will be rejected.
If this Rejection type was used, and Job A and Job B and Job C shared the same caller id number, the call would not be rejected.
