PS: Unconfirmed Schedules

Overview

If you are using the Publish, Notify, and Confirm feature set, you can run the Unconfirmed Schedules report to see which employees have not yet confirmed their schedule for a specific job. This report gives WinTeam back-office and admin personnel more visibility into the schedule confirmation process without having to log in to eHub. You open this report from the PS Schedules window either by clicking the blue Review Unconfirmed Schedules link and then selecting Review in WT or from the Menu drop down.



Header Area

Use the options in the header area to filter and refine the data in the grid.

Tier

Select a tier from the drop down list.

Job Number

Enter a job number or click the binocular icon to search for a job.

Employee Number

Enter an employee number or click the binocular icon to search for an employee.

Shift Status

Select either Unconfirmed or Confirmed schedules.

Date Range

Enter dates or click the calendar icon to select dates.

Refresh

Click Refresh to load data into the grid based on the filter options you selected.

Grid

Use the field chooser to display or remove columns in the grid.
