HR: Setting up Employer Sponsored Healthcare
To set up employer sponsored healthcare for benefits in WinTeam Human Resources module:
- On the HR: Benefit Setup screen of the applicable benefit, select the Include on W2 as Employee Sponsored Health Coverage check box.
- Set up the Employee's benefit in the HR: Benefits by Employee screen Insurance /Other tab
OR
Assign the Benefit to a Benefit Category, and then assign the Benefit Category to an Employee.
To assign a Benefit Category to an employee:
- From the Human Resources Menu, click Employee Master File.
- Enter the Employee Number, and then press Tab.
- Click the Other Information tab.
- Select the Benefit Category from the Benefit Category list.
