eHub Employee Self Service (ESS) with a Supervisor license contains features for administrators and supervisors to manage customer information and employee information as well as manage and streamline timekeeping, scheduling, human resource functions, and reports.
The Supervisor flag within the Employee Master File in WinTeam is used to determine who is a supervisor, and will also use the supervisor hierarchy to determine the jobs for which the supervisor can see supervisor-related items. This way supervisors will only see supervisor-specific information for jobs they supervise and not for jobs they work but do not supervise.
