Work Ticket Employee Access Overview
You can set up non-supervising employees with digital access to work tickets in eHub (Web and Mobile), eliminating the need to print or email ticket reports each day. This feature is enabled using an option in the Work Scheduling Defaults window once you have updated your eHub security groups to match your organization's needs.
You control the actions employees can take on work tickets from eHub using additional security roles and features. Because security for this feature is tied to eHub security, we highly recommend you review the security settings of everyone who uses work tickets to ensure employees continue to only access what you intend.
From WinTeam, eHub Web, or eHub Mobile, your administrators and/or supervisors can authorize access to individual work tickets based on job access, crew membership, or individual employee assignment.
Important: Adjust the eHub security roles to ensure non-supervising employees are set up with the appropriate level of access before activating the feature in WS: Defaults because when the feature is activated, employees who are assigned to work tickets either directly or via crews immediately have access to the work ticket with the editing rights that are assigned to their role.
