WS: Work Tickets Report

Overview

You can use the WS Report: Work Tickets screen to create Work Tickets or a Work Tickets Report. If you select the output type Report, you can specify the order in which work schedules print on the Work Ticket report. You may also wish to print this report as part of your month end procedures.

If you select the output type Work Ticket, you can print Work Tickets based on criteria that you specify. You may print more than one ticket, depending on selections made in the Group By and Sort Options. If you assign a ticket to more than one crew, and you are grouping by or sorting by Crew, you may print the ticket for each Crew. Each ticket will include the Start and End Time, if entered. If a work ticket has been approved, approval information will be noted below the work description. Printed work tickets include signatures, which enable you to show proof of service for billing customers.

You may filter, group, and print the report by tiers, allowing for total customization of the report. Use the Tier Templates to set up and save templates. This makes it easy to create a specific report each time you need one without recreating the criteria. See Using Tier Templates for more information.

The Work Tickets Report may be accessed from the WS Reports menu.
