TeleTeam Special Options

Special options will allow supervisors you to complete inquiries on jobs or employees, manage your global greeting(s), use voice verification and voice sampling options.

Special options are available to an employee or supervisor who has Special Options enabled in their employee Classification.

Special options are available to supervisors. For access to global greetings, voice verification, and voice sampling you will need a PIN entered in Supervisor Details.

To access special options, enter your employee number and press the * star key.

For inquiries, press 1

For global greetings, press 2

For voice verification, press 3

For voice sampling, press 4

For inquiries by location, press 1

For inquiries by employee, press 2

For voice messages, press 3

To return to the special options menu, press 9.

To return to the main menu, press the * star key.
