Job Rollover
Overview
The Job Rollover feature is used to copy an existing Job Master File record and create a new record. You can choose to rollover the Holiday List, Job Requirements, Contacts, Budgets, or only the most recent Budget.
The Job Rollover screen can be accessed from the toolbar on the Job Master File screen.
Key Functionality
Enter a Job Number for this new Job Master File record.
This field displays only for clients who are licensed for multiple company databases.
Select the Company Number for this Job.
Select to include the Holiday List, Job Requirements, Contacts, all Budgets, or Only the Most Recent Budget in this new Job Master File record.
All options are selected by default.
The Response Level (Requirements tab) will roll over if it exists for the Compliance Code.
Click Rollover to create new Job Master File record and include selected options.
