Overview
TEAM developed WinTeam's Insurance Benefits module in response to the Affordable Care Act (ACA). With a focus on the requirements of this legislation for employers, WinTeam's Insurance Benefits module will help you remain compliant with the law in administering your company's insurance benefits. While TEAM created the Insurance Benefits module with ACA compliance in mind, any company may use it to manage any insurance benefits. It is a a flexible and powerful tool that allows you to:
- Store data for employees, their beneficiaries and their dependents
- Set up and manage multiple, and complicated benefit plans
- Create pricing and eligibility models independently of benefit packages
- Assign and manage benefits by employee, by groups of employees, and by job
- Test employee eligibility and validate benefit packages
- Leverage tools and export data to prepare for ACA compliance
