FA Asset Diary

Overview

You can access the Diary screen from the toolbar in the FA: Master File screen.

The Diary enables you to keep notes concerning issues or to track using Follow Up Dates.

You can use it to record any interaction you want to remember—such as a phone conversation or a handwritten letter you mailed or received.

The records are sorted by Entry Date.

A Diary Report can be run for the Assets Diary. The Assets Diary Report can be accessed from the FA Reports menu.

Security

The FA: Asset Diary screen has its own Security Group, FA Asset Diary with the Insert Only and Read-Only features available.

The FA Asset Diary screen is part of the FA ALL and SYS Diaries ALL Security Groups.

The SYS Diaries ALL Security Group is part of the SYS ALL Security Group
