eHub: Taking Action on Employee Requests
If you are part of the workflow approval process, you can approve, cancel or reject an Employee Request. If you initiated the request, you may cancel the request.
Employee Requests can be accessed from the Employee Requests widget on the Main or My eHub landing page. Click the View All link to display the Requests screen.
Key Functionality
To approve a change request, select the appropriate card to expand the details, click on the Approve button and the request will move to the next step in the approval workflow process. The status of the request changes to In Progress unless your approval was the final approval. If it was final approval, then a Request Approved message displays and the request status changes to Approved.
To reject a request click the drop-down arrow next to the approval button and select Reject. When you reject a request, a Request Rejected message displays, the status changes to Rejected, and the request will not continue through the workflow process.
To cancel a request click the drop-down arrow next to the approval button and select Cancel Request. When you cancel a request, a Request Canceled message displays, the status changes to Canceled, and the request will not continue through the workflow process.
