Caller ID Settings

Use the Caller ID Settings to set display options for Caller ID. The system stores the information in the teamtime.ini file, [CallerID] section.

To access Caller ID Settings

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to TeamTime Timekeeping Suite, and then click TeamTime View Options.
  2. Click Caller ID Settings.

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to TeamTime Timekeeping Suite, and then click TeamTime.
  2. From the TeamTime Main Menu, click View, and then click Options.
  3. Click Caller ID Settings.

Phone Number Available

If you select this option, the Phone Number will display anytime Caller ID information is gathered (i.e. reports, logs, call ins, etc.). Enter the Start and End fields to indicate the starting and ending character in the Caller ID string. You may also change these settings in the Caller ID Analyzer screen.

Caller Name Available

If you select this option, the Caller’s Name will display anytime Caller ID information is gathered (i.e. reports, logs, call ins, etc.). Enter the Start and End fields to indicate the starting and ending character in the Caller ID string. You may also change these settings in the Caller ID Analyzer screen.

Use Caller ID in Canada

Select Use Caller ID in Canada if the TeamTime machine is located in Canada. Additional options display that are specific to Canada.

Use Area Code from Phone Dialing

If you select the Canada option from above, the system will display the Use Area Code from Phone Dialing field and the Canadian Area Code field. If you select the Use Area Code from Phone Dialing option, the system will use the area code from the phone that is dialing the number.

Canadian Area Code

Use the Canadian Area Code field to enter the area code in where the TeamTime machine resides.
