Integrating TeamBid with WinTeam

There are five major areas of integration between TeamBid and WinTeam.

  1. Sharing Task Codes
    Instead of independent Task Code files, TeamBid and WinTeam will share their Task Codes. Over time, you will be able to create a concise set of Tasks that are used for both Work Scheduling and TeamBid.
  2. Importing Prospect information into the Customer Master File
    From the Customer Master File, you can import the Prospect address and contact information, for ease in setting up a Customer Master File record.
  3. Importing Building information into the Job Master File
    From the Job Master File, you can import the Prospect address and contact information, for ease in setting up a Job Master File record.
    This will also provide an ongoing link between a Job and a Bid, giving you the ability to compare Daily Job Budgets to your Bid, as well as Work Schedules to your Bid. This comparison feature was a common request of our existing WinTeam and TeamBid customers.
  4. Assigning Work Loading Areas and Tasks to a Work Schedule
    This allows you to automatically create information about a Work Ticket based on information entered in the Work Loading section of TeamBid.
    You can also identify which Areas / Tasks have yet to be entered into a Work Schedule, for a given Job.
  5. Assigning Work Loading Areas and Tasks to a Job’s Position(s)
    Given a bid, the system will automatically create a Job’s Positions and associated tasks, which can then be used by employees as a weekly task report.
    Again, you can identify which Areas / Tasks have yet to be entered into a Job Position, for a given Job.

TeamBid will integrate into Jobs and Work Scheduling.
