TeamBid: Reports Summary

• Bidding Report - This report includes the Bidding information entered on the Work Loading / Bidding (Bidding tab), detailing all costs built into the bid, and also the Overhead Costs and Profit Markup. This report can be included as part of your Proposal package.

• Diary - The Diary Report prints entries that have been created in the Prospect Diary.
• Positions Report - Use the Positions Report to print information from the Position Descriptions screen. You can set up Positions by Prospect/Building or by Job. If the database is licensed for TeamBid Only, you will only be able to set up Positions by Prospect/Building, since the Job File will not be accessible.
• Prospect File Report - Use the Prospect File Report to print information from the Prospect Master File record. You can use this report to print Follow Up calls needed by Salespersons. You can select the option Print Versions if you need more detailed information relating to the Versions and Buildings currently set up with the Prospect.
• Work Load Report - Use the Work Load Report to print information entered on the Work Loading / Bidding (Work Loading tab). The Report Criteria tab has many pre-selected detail and summary reports. The Group By and Sort By selections give you a great amount of flexibility depending on how you want the information printed. This information can be shared with your prospective customer and included in your Bid package details. This information also helps determine what Labor Hours to build into the Bid on the Bidding screen.
