Scheduling a Query

Using Query Scheduler, you can set queries up to automatically run on a schedule.

To schedule a query

  1. On the Query Scheduler, open the query you want to schedule.
  2. On the Scheduling tab specify range of dates you want to run the query:
    • In the Start Date field, type the date you want Query Scheduler to start running the query.
    • In the End Date field, type the date you want Query Scheduler to stop running the query. If you leave this field blank, Query Scheduler runs the query indefinitely.
  3. In the Hours area, select the check box or check boxes of the hours during which you want the query to be run. Query Scheduler runs the query once during each hour. You can select more than one hour.
  4. In the Recurring Frequency area, select the interval at which you would like the query to be run. The Query Scheduler may change based on your selection, and the fields that display on the screen dictate which of the steps you must complete.
