QS: History Report

Overview

This report will sort in the following order:

1. Run date
2. Whether it returned results or not (0 results listed last)
3. Query Type
4. Frequency
5. Description

The Query History report is accessed from the Query Scheduler Setup screen Scheduling tab.

Select the criteria and run dates, and then click Preview.

Regardless of the Criteria selected, the recap section in the header of the report displays a count of the queries within your selected run dates.

The recap displays the same basic information as the summary email. It includes

• Total Queries run
• Successful - No Results (displays count of queries that ran with a result of 0 records and no errors)
• Successful - With Results (displays count of queries that ran with non-zero results and no errors)
• Unsuccessful - (displays count of queries that did not run and had errors)
