Submitting Action Item Requests

Employees/Supervisors and Customers can submit Action Item Requests through WinTeam, eHub Web, eHub mobile, email or text message.

Once a Request is submitted, the Action Items communication solution performs all notifications and escalations as defined in the Action Item Setup screen.

Replies can be sent though WinTeam, eHub Web, eHub Mobile, email or text message. All responses, even those that come through email and text are captured as part of the history of the Action Item.

Whenever a response is received, a new notification is generated to the other participants in the process.

You can view Action Item Requests that are In Progress or Completed from the Action Items Review screen.
