To view or change the actual amount of Payroll Taxes and Insurance calculated with each labor entry, use the Detail button on a labor entry. You can drill down from the General Ledger Trial Balance, General Ledger Chart of Accounts, the General Ledger Journal Update Log, or the On Screen Job Cost to the Labor Distribution Details screen.
If you need to change the Actual Payroll Taxes and Insurance amount simply type over the amount in the Taxes and Insurance field on the Labor Distribution Details screen.
