Overview
The most efficient way to use the Insurance Benefits module is to set up components first, and then reuse them as you continue the setup process.
Benefit Template
A Benefit Template comprises several components that you can set up once and reuse throughout the Insurance Benefits module. For details about the Benefit Template components you can set up, see Benefit package components.
Durations
The Insurance Benefits module uses durations to calculate lengths of time, such as waiting periods and measurement periods, which are reusable throughout the module. For details about durations, see Durations.
Benefit offering
A benefits package comprises a benefit offering, eligibility and a pricing structure.
Once you set up the benefit package components and durations, you can set up a benefit offering, an eligibility, and a pricing structure to create a benefits package.
